We may come to know about nature or silent meditation,
\nthat’s the most easy of all,
\nbut we need to do it with some regularity simply because
\nwe keep falling back to our old ways and habits.
\nThen we may think or get confused
\nthat we had learnt such a good method,
\nbut we are back to square one.
\nTo avoid these thoughts and arising doubts,
