Trees are better than parks, anytime.
\nYou need to maintain a park
\nand incur a lot of expenses
\nall the time.
\nAnd then we keep on trimming the park
\nto make it look beautiful.
\nParks and gardens need much more water

Not so with the trees
\nas they grow to a certain height
\nand maintain themselves.
\nThey are a natural beauty
