These should not become everyday norms and a general practice of our society, and court proceedings. It will be a joke and a mockery of the judicial system. In a true democracy, we should be able to question and comment on court orders, judges and their judgments. A judge is no God and he or she is also a human being.<\/p>\n
Particularly, delayed court orders are one of the biggest evils of any society. The more the delay, the more the lack of justice.<\/p>\n
And this is what is happening in a lot of countries including our very own India. Nobody’s bothered for low profile cases. They are piling up by the count of millions while high profile cases appear everyday in the media and newspapers e.g. who should control the game of cricket, or the Board of Cricket Control of India.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
