Walking is not required at all.
\nIt is so necessary to sit anywhere, preferably near nature elements e.g.<\/p>\n
A park
\nOr near a tree
\nOr rooftop, under the sky
\nOr near a water body e.g. lake, stream, river, waterfall, or a sea
\nOr a desert surrounding
\nOr a cafe<\/p>\n
You should be alone in a silent and observing mode for up to one hour only.
\nSecondly, you don’t need to recite anything.
\nYou only need to remain calm and silent, and observe in a conscious state of mind.
\nThat’s all, and do not exceed the one hour limit because there’s no need to.
