If you ask me personally,
\nsilent or nature meditation comes to me
\nautomatically or naturally now.
\nI do not have to make any special arrangements. <\/p>\n
For example, suppose I am waiting for
\na car somewhere.
\nNow, I don’t get impatient or irritated
\nas I would when I was not knowing
\nabout meditations so much.
\nWhen I am waiting,
\nI naturally and automatically
\ngo into silent or nature meditation
\nwithout any special efforts.
\nIn a relaxed manner, I am able to admire
\nthe surroundings and the different colors or hues.
\nI am able to appreciate a more relaxed approach
\nto most of the things coming my way. <\/p>\n
Just to give you one more example,
\nnow when I hear birds chirping
\nor a temple or church bell ringing somewhere,
\nI feel I am the only one generally noticing
\nthese minor details almost immediately.
\nAnd I want you all to have this experience
\nto see and behold for yourself
