Meditations in children:
\nWhy not?
\nIn fact, some of it is so necessary
\nat this young age,
\nbut they are denied it
\nwhen they may be needing it the most.
\nThere is so much of unnecessary stress
\non technical and theoretical aspect of education,
\nand hardly any counselling to deal with it. <\/p>\n
There are so many different meditations nowadays
\nthat are also not based on any religion whatsoever.
\nIntroduction to the different types of meditations
\nshould be a compulsory subject
\nin every year of school,
\nand the children can take up any individual meditation
\nthey like, just as fish takes to water. <\/p>\n
A note of caution is due here.
\nReligion based meditations should not be forced
\non anybody,
\nand should be kept out of schools and colleges
\nabsolutely and strictly.
\nThey can be practiced at home
\nif anybody likes to do that.
\nThen there is no problem
