You can cry and have your way.
You can whine and have your way.
But that’s not the way.

In the process, you are not giving out a good example
for others to follow,
and there are other ways too
for you to consider.

So next time, try a different option.
Instead of the usual whining or cribbing,
try to be strong and persuasive
and rest assured,
you will have your way
in a majority of matters.
In a few cases where you don’t have your way,
let others also have their viewpoint please.

Musicians
Just as there are no meditation classes
in schools & colleges
there are also no musical instruments
or singing classes.
I wish to write here that
Indian classical music & singing
is one of the greatest art forms
that only a very few & handful
are learning now
and what about western singing
and their musical instruments.
The whole world is fascinated
by the guitar & other musicals.

All of the above should be a part of
the whole education system
of the world.
And if somebody only wants to learn
musical instruments or singing
once she or he is out of school
it should be given full recognition
and honor & the corresponding degree.

No need to believe in god
You can ignore him
or say anything about god
God is not going to retaliate
or answer back aggressively
Never ever.

Just one acknowledgment of god
erases all your previous rants
or disrespect of the almighty
It is not said needlessly that
god is great.

That’s why in my meditations
I don’t ask to mix religious thoughts
or any chanting in praise of god.

Whenever you do silent meditation
you feel instant peace and calm
and it flows from the universe & cosmos
You can effortlessly feel the presence of
a supreme invisible force
Just sit back & enjoy sometimes
without an ear shattering music system
or a disco.

How to learn
to respond with silence also?

Bad or awkward situations
crop up by the dozens
and we react to all of them
almost immediately
and bad or awkward situations
turn ugly a lot of times.

Meditation teaches us
to respond with silence
in a lot of these situations
as it is not always possible to
go somewhere else all the time
Hence it is so necessary
to keep in touch with meditation.
