The only meditation I may be knowing-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Up to 1 hour only.
Silence plus nature.
And nothing else for God sake.
This may well be the only magic and wisdom available to mankind.
Why the heck do I use the word only here?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I say only because birds, fish, animals, insects, butterflies can\u2019t do meditation.
Can they?
But maybe they don\u2019t need meditations as they live the nature way of life.
They are already in meditative state of mind as they are only bothered for the next meal and not beyond that.
While man is bothered not just for the next meal but a whole lot of other pursuits e.g. property, car, ornaments, false pride and misplaced prestige etc.
So a few meditations won\u2019t do any harm, and will bring us back to a life of focus, meaning, and more purpose decisively.<\/p>\n<\/body>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
