The silent exercise:
You can also do the silent exercise
without the meditation element
for say approximately 15 to 20 minutes
or half an hour or so
whenever you feel like doing it.
It can be so refreshing and rejuvenating
what with so much of useless activities
and pursuits going on all around.
Just make it a rule to keep quiet sometimes
for the time span you have decided
say 15 to 20 minutes,
whenever you can
say twice or thrice a week.
