Chapter 26 : Dharavi 2.1 kms 7 Lakhs People

Dharavi, Mumbai, India is an area of 2.1 square kms with at least 7 lakhs people crammed and jam-packed.
There are so many other uncountable slum areas in the whole world specially in poor and developing countries.
So are lockdowns, home arrests, quarantines effective or useful, or would they have exactly the opposite effect on the theory of social distancing being put out by TV media 24 by 7?

Are our TV media friends the only intelligence and wisdom that we have now, and we are supposed to follow what they say blind folded?
Those who speak otherwise would be interviewed, questioned and shamed on national TV everyday?

There are no laws or courts to put a limit on these, or gag them wherever necessary, as there rhetorics and big talks may be having a negative impact and approach on our society in general, everyday.
