Do nothing for a while

Do nothing for a while:
Though silent or nature meditation is the most simple meditation,
you may say you just can’t meditate.
Actually i am not asking you to try, or make any special effort to meditate.
This is the main difference in the meditations I suggest.
I am only asking you to do this:

Do nothing.
Just do nothing for up to one hour,
or half an hour to start with, at least.
Just sit and relax near outdoor nature elements.
Just watch the sky or skyline, the trees or buildings, the colours and hues, near a lake, river, or sea, or the desert area and its camels, or a street corner, or sitting at the rooftop of wherever you live…….

The idea is to be alone with your own self.
Your thought process will calm and settle down by itself, and go inwards, where a fountain of comfort, delight and harmony awaits you.
You just cannot afford to deny this to yourself…..
