Work as therapy, cure, and stress release is not just a notion or a mirage.
People go for holidays, shopping, eating out and back, and realize nothing has changed when they return.
On the other hand and contrary to expectations, one may feel more depressed, confused and perplexed.
Well records and statistics may reveal that those who are engaged in some sort of a daily work routine, they may be far better off in comparison to those who just can’t stick to a work schedule, or are taking more and more casual or sick leave.
I am not suggesting here that you or I just can’t take a break every now and then…..
