This book doesn’t belong to any particular religion. Silent Nature Meditation doesn’t advocate or speak about just one religion. Though meditation experience can be enhanced or increased through religions also, but that’s a different story altogether. 90% of my meditation is not based on any religion. There are so many spiritual gurus and masters in their own right who have religious beliefs, and meditations dependant on that, and their expertise can’t be questioned also……
