Silent joy nature meditation.
The formula is so simple that not many accept it.
Many just don’t follow it simply because it’s so simple.
But it’s one of the most powerful and effective tools on earth for God sake Almighty.
And here it is for those who wish to take it and for those who just don’t care, also.
Well all the best to all of you.

Just sit comfortably in a park, or balcony of your home, or rooftop, or under a tree, or any bench of a roadside, and observe the hues and colors and the noise, with your own silence.
Have I asked you for the world?
Or have I asked you for a billion rupees in Indian currency?
Maximum one hour and no more than that.
And in these 60 minutes, think whatever you like.
Let your mind roam free.
I’m also not asking you to concentrate on anything in particular.
Just admire nature, the mindless buzz going around, and you’ll understand the useless mindless running about by everyone.

Please do get up after one hour or so, and pursue your dreams, duties, responsibilities, sports, hobbies, whatever, as usual.
Practice regularly at least twice a week for a few months.
