The smallest formula that hardly anyone is listening or reading properly, and it is this:
Just in a span of 30 days, or over a period of say 1 month, sit in a park or rooftop, or anywhere else, with nature. Admire it, the hues and colours. Take in the natural surroundings and beauty. Change the venues regularly, if possible, as it’s only a very small training course I’m suggesting.
Maximum 1 hour on any day, and not more. No need of elaborate prayers, because God is everywhere. So no need to call him out again and again, as he or she is right here with us all the time. Approximately 10 sessions in 1 month. That’s all I am asking for. This is the most complete course and diploma to start with, and this is silent nature joy meditation…..
Let your thoughts come and go as they like. Do not fight or struggle with your thoughts. Let them be, like a flowing river going by………
