Depression, sadness, boredom, anxiety, fear…..
What’s all that? Allow me to try and explain a little. Surprising that modern world and science recognize and acknowledge it all and then take it to a whole new level instead of giving a perfect cure. Medicines and counseling do help a lot but only to a certain extent probably. Give meditation a chance at least.
There are so many types of meditation nowadays. So many masters, experts and gurus. Choose a particular one, or try a few. You won’t be disappointed.
Meditation is one of the oldest remedies and spiritual blessing available to mankind. Lord Sidharth Gautam Buddha meditated 2600 years ago, born 480 BCE to 400 BCE, age 80; and Lord Mahavir too, born 540 BC to 468 BC, age 72. Both got enlightenment and we follow them as our God.
By the way, we only need to meditate for the benefit of our daily life routine…..
