If you are facing a lot of anger issues sometimes, ask yourself the following questions.
There has to be a silence and speech balance of our own self, everyday. Is this balance being maintained by us, or is it disturbed?
We can blame outside elements or other people for this disturbed balance of speech and silence in us, but we should take the blame also sometimes.
