Mindlessness is the goal and purpose of the session of one hour of nature meditation.
A whole lot of experts, gurus and masters have even described it as no mind, or an absent mind.
Then there’s mindfulness meditation.
But let’s stick to mindlessness here for a while.
Mindlessness shouldn’t mean acting awkward or that nobody should understand you.
Mindlessness may be that you just stop reacting or even responding to each and everything that comes your way, or what you may see every now and then.
You gain a lot of wisdom, intelligence, peace, and problems solving ability.
