The second point that I say again and again is admiration and appreciation of nature, environment, ecosystem that we don’t even see or acknowledge mostly.
The beautiful colours and hues, the musical sound of water bodies like a sea or a river, chirping birds, the rustling noise of trees or dry leaves.
