4 – Back To The Future

Back to the future-
Go back to your meditations again and again whenever you can, or when you feel disillusioned, doubtful, confused, unsure.
The more you meditate, the less you need it.
This again may be confusing just a bit.

But the less and less you meditate, you need to practice it more when you return to your meditations to get back on track.
So do some of it regularly but surely.

You can also write about your experiences and observations in a small notebook, whatsapp, Twitter or emails, and this could be a big part of your heartfelt experience.
