Makes Sense, Turn Your Anger

Makes sense.
Turn your anger to the opposite direction.
Make your anger your best friend.
Try this out a lot.

When anger suddenly makes an appearance waiting to blurt out bang on, just take an oath of silence immediately.
Let the scene unfold as it may be doing.
You don’t be a part of it as if you have shut yourself out for a while.
You will surprise yourself and everybody.

Let’s say our car is involved in an accident, or our food has not cooked proper.
The dry cleaner hasn’t done a good job, or the barber has cut more hair off my already balding head, and this is one thing I have been unable to come to terms with on so many occasions in spite of changing my barbers.

Well I guess I will have to change myself.

Or somebody cheats your money, or you have a loss in business.
Quite a lot of all this may be unavoidable, and the only thing avoidable is extreme anger.
Life is a symphony of the good and bad, so face the music will a lot of silence, smile, willpower, acceptance, adjusting, surrender, change of attitude, and you will enjoy it more and more.
