We Also Forget It A Few Times

We also forget our silent, nature, joy, deep meditations a few times.
Though we may call ourselves promoters, supporters, followers of this soothing practice of meditating, we tend to relax or avoid meditation occasionally, but when we turn a bit irritated or upset, we know what we are missing in our everyday routine life.
So we as meditators return to practice what we preach, promptly.

I also repeat here that even writing about meditating is therapy in itself, so whenever I do write about my experiences on my emails or WhatsApp messages, or share in discussions, it’s an effect that’s beneficial and a learning curve that only gets better with time.
