Am I meditating enough

Am I meditating enough,
or how much meditation is needed for myself?
After all I have to decide on sufficient time of deep silent nature meditation,
so that I am also able to fulfill my worldly obligations, duties and responsibilities,
and keep myself detached too,
whenever possible.

Some regularity is required definitely for deep silent joy meditation,
and this also defers from individual to individual,
but you can always reduce or increase the amount of meditation with practice and need of the moment.

Meditation should not be rigid or fixed.
It’s quite flexible and adjustable.
Secondly, after some practice, meditation doesn’t require so much time as one may think.
It happens automatically even when you are working, eating, or doing anything else for that matter.
It’s so very relaxing indeed and takes a lot of stress out of life.
