Group meditation, though

Group meditation, though I don’t recommend it too much, but you can sometimes do it with those who wish to join it with you and others who are like minded and willing.
Never more than one hour, be seated comfortably on chairs, sofa or even on the floor mattress or carpet, preferably outdoors with nature.
Observe silence without any chanting of any sort whatsoever, though you can smile or break into laughters, that’s not a problem at all.
You can even wink at each other just a little to make it more interesting among the group of friends you have.

Some soft music can be there but it shouldn’t put you all to sleep or make you feel drowsy because for a good meditation session you need to be wide awake.
The overall idea is to enjoy with peace, quiet and nature, but use of words should not be there-

No comments on weather, politics or anything else for that matter please.
You can get up in an hour or so and break your silence, and discuss how you all felt about it for a maximum of another hour over some snacks.
