Though You Should Avoid Anger

Though you should avoid all the angry bursts as much as possible,
you can sometimes shout and scream also.
You can go mad on very rare occasions.
You can loose all your nuts and bolts for a while and recover them later on.
No problem at all.

But mind it that your quiet, silent, joyful, carefree moments should always be greater than the sum total of all your angry, uncertain, disoriented, disorderly moments of life.

Then you are a winner and nobody can take that away from you.
Everybody has ups and downs.
Those who always like to put you down or show you in a bad light, have their own dark secrets to hide.
Don’t bother.
Make friends and colleagues who don’t just judge you from time to time, but accept you as you are.
Better still, make your work or meditations your best friend.
