Thank you and sorry are just a very few words.
In fact, sorry is just one stand alone word.
And these words are used or utilized so less than they should be.
A lot of us feel a great degree of inability or hesitation to use these words even when we want to.
For times like these, we can try this very simple exercise.
We can say these words in our heart without really speaking them out,
visualizing or just thinking about the person we wish to say these words to.
Or we could message, whatsapp, or call later on.
But if we still don’t wish to express ourselves very often, just saying these words in our heart is a very effective way indeed to express our gratitude, forgiveness, praise, and acknowledgement.
