Learn to enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.
Just as you are told to learn to study, work, earn money, and fulfill your duties, I am asking you here to learn to enjoy also.
All work and no play does make Jack a very dull boy.
But there’s another quote also and it says that
all play and no work makes him something worse.
So we also need to learn to abstain from too much of everything.
Enjoyment, fun, and frolic should in no way become addiction.
Abstaining or leaving out on something should never be a pain or a problem.
Thirdly, some regular meditations and small breaks can rejuvenate and refresh our mind, spirit, body, and soul.
