Do Nothing

Though silent or nature meditation is the most simple meditation,
you may say you just can’t meditate.
Actually i am not asking you to try, or make any special effort to meditate.
I am only asking you to do this:

Do nothing.
Just do nothing for up to one hour,
or half an hour at least to start at least.
Just sit and relax near outdoor nature elements.
Just watch the sky or skyline, the trees or buildings, the colours and hues, near a lake, river, or sea, or the desert area and its camels, or a street corner, or sitting at the rooftop, or having your own tea ceremony just like the Japanese do, or whatever.
The idea is to be alone with your own self.

Your thought process will calm and settle down by itself, and go inwards, where a fountain of comfort, delight and harmony awaits you.
You just cannot afford to deny this to yourself, every once in a while.
