I Am An Environmentalist & A Meditation Expert

Our silent or nature meditation is of no use if we do not care for the environment with our heart and soul.
But we cannot have draconian laws against so called environment violators when all the world and each and every one of us is responsible for environment destruction that’s going on everyday.

2017, President of USA wants to authorize more and more electricity by coal, one of the maximum pollutants.
A politician of Indonesia wishes to develop the region only for commercial purposes.
Politicians of India hold huge political rallies with largest convoy of cars, and the largest world record fleet of buses to show how powerful they are.
What about the emissions of poison by so many vehicles just to show your muscle power?
Does anybody care for the environment, and shouldn’t the politician be booked and given the most severe punishment?
I really don’t think so, as I am not here to advocate punishments and penalties for others.

Then why is the Niti Aayog of India, Central Pollution Control Board, and government of India proposing a draconian 5 crore Rupees penalty, and a jail term of up to 7 years, or life term sentence of jail for polluting industries in Uttar Pradesh?
I wish to clarify that I am no industrialist of Uttar Pradesh.
I don’t even live in Uttar Pradesh.
I am an environmentalist and a meditation expert.
But I can see and recognize a draconian law when I see one.

So what’s the solution?
Here’s a list, Hon’ble Lawmakers:
***Reasonable penalties so that inspectors of the area do not take home huge bribes all the time
***Education of ways to curb pollution
***Government or private agencies can charge a fees to treat or take care of the pollutants of these industries collectively
***Please do not write laws on how to hang these guys all the time
***If you are still not satisfied, then you can order closure of the particular industry you want to crucify, so that the fellow can at least sell off his land and do something else, as the lawmakers and politicians were the ones who wanted these factories and industries to be put up as early as possible, first and foremost.
