Blaming Others

Blaming others is the easiest job in the world.
We all do it, all of us.
As workers, staff, office or business people, as politicians, even as a family person, and as saints, or monks, we all do it.
None of us is spared from the blame game circle.
It is so easy and simple to find fault in others, and finding a blemish or shortcoming in our own self is so difficult.
But if we really wish to improve our relations in everyday life, we have to take part of the blame to be friends with others.

We cannot say to somebody that you are the real problem.
That’s not going to work ever, ever.
However we can say to the other person that you have to improve on this issue.
The other person will definitely say that you have also to improve on this or that, and you must readily accept.
You must say yes I will improve on this and that, and we must work it out.
If you say like this, you will immediately surprise the other person, and he or she will be prepared to change the attitude and approach.
