A Fan Vs. All Air Conditions

This article is primarily for fairly good summer countries of the world, and compares fans and modern time air conditioning systems.

A fan typically uses 25 to 40 times less power than an air conditioner.
Weather permitting, sometimes a fan is as effective as an air condition, and if I may say, a fan is even more effective a lot of times.

But surprisingly, a lot of modern places give more emphasis and priority to air conditioning, even though fans look pretty good nowadays, and even better than all those air condition wires, equipment, ducts, artificial ceiling, and walls to accommodate the air conditions in a building.

Clearly fans are much more environment friendly as they save a lot of electricity and power, and money, and thus also save the ozone layer of our atmosphere to a large extent.
It should be compulsory by law to put up fans and air conditions in a 50-50 ratio at least, so that the fans and air conditions are complimentary to each other in any environment.
Provision of fans in every room should also be compulsory by law for all new constructions and buildings.
This alone will save power up to 80% for any building whether its an office, residence, hospital, or a 5 star hotel.
