Our Aggression

We cannot change our inbuilt aggressive or self protection behaviour overnight.
Due to our social setup, or childhood upbringing, or whatever, a lot of us learn to study, behave, and react.
Not many of us learn to keep quiet, adjust, or surrender small things to our so called adversary, opponent, or friend.

It’s this gap and wisdom that we have been denied in our life that meditation fills up for us,
and we only need two or three ingredients occasionally.
1. We need to have complete silence up to one hour and never more than that.
2. Sitting with nature surroundings like near a tree, or just watching the changing sky colours, or the clouds, or the moon and stars, or admiring the colour of buildings nearby, or even enjoying a desert surrounding, or sitting near a river, lake, or sea and admiring different species of birds or animals go by. The idea is to do nothing for a while in a conscious state of mind.
