The fuse of anger, tears, and all our emotions is always there in all of us in a varying degree.
It’s always ready to blow whenever we may like.
Who stops us?
Only we can stop ourselves half way, or we can always go full length.
Some of us have the strength and ability to return halfway, and not let our emotions rule or prevail over us.
Some of us just do not have it in us, and the fuse gets blown up on a recurring basis at uniform intervals.
That’s where counseling can come in and help us.
Meditation is the other great option that we all have.
The onus is on us to exercise this option with some regularity and strengthen the fuse, and make it more and more strong and resistant.
