They say you have to do meditation.
I say meditation is something you don’t have to do, or nature meditation is when you have to do nothing at all.
You only have to sit with elements of nature, with some open air around you.
Here also I differ just a bit.
Some meditations ask you to sit in a closed room with no disturbance.
Some may ask you to close your eyes, or keep a photo of the master or guru near you.
I am not asking you to do anything of the sort.
I am asking you to free your mind.
For a maximum of one hour, let your thoughts come and go as they like.
You may also call it the sorting of thoughts and putting them to a much needed rest for a while.
It’s like that cleaning up exercise we do for our electronic equipments, computer, notebook, mobile phones, or the sorting of all the entangled wires and chargers every now and then.
