You also learn to ignore a lot of things,
or hurdles that may come on your way.
Earlier, it may have been difficult
but now it is not so.
You may call this a part of the
silent meditation effect,
and what follows naturally
and works for you.
Also, do not forget to have fun
and pursue your hobbies
or whatever it is that you like to do.
I am not asking you to abstain from anything.
You will find that any bad habits
that you may be having
will eventually get sorted out
and reduce by themselves to a large extent
when you take to some regular meditations.
