Drinks or cocktail parties are best avoidable, but when you have to attend a few, either you avoid hard drinks or cocktails altogether in these parties, or you can do the following.
Delay starting of your first drink as much as you can.
Always take small drinks because a large drink can hit you very badly and you may not know what’s coming your way.
After a while dilute your drink heavily with water or juice as these parties can go on to late nights.
When you do start eating try a lot of different snacks, dishes, or sweets, and keep on rotating giving small gaps.
In the end also, always have warm coffee, or soups, as these can really normalize and stabilize a lot.
Before you sleep, try and have a good mouthwash with warm water.
