If you ask me personally,
silent or nature meditation comes to me
automatically or naturally now.
I do not have to make any special arrangements.
For example, suppose I am waiting for
a car somewhere.
Now, I don’t get impatient or irritated
as I would when I was not knowing
about meditations so much.
When I am waiting,
I naturally and automatically
go into silent or nature meditation
without any special efforts.
In a relaxed manner, I am able to admire
the surroundings and the different colors or hues.
I am able to appreciate a more relaxed approach
to most of the things coming my way.
Just to give you one more example,
now when I hear birds chirping
or a temple or church bell ringing somewhere,
I feel I am the only one generally noticing
these minor details almost immediately.
And I want you all to have this experience
to see and behold for yourself
at least once in a lifetime.
