Well, who says monks cannot be angry?
I have certainly seen a lot of angry monks.
In fact, I like to think that
I am one of a kind myself.
That doesn’t mean we cannot do meditations
if we are angry or irritated at a particular time.
On the contrary, anytime is good time for
silent or nature meditation.
It always give an opportunity
to cool you down, and think or heal
or do some introspection.
