It’s not that anger is unjustified 100% of the time.
Anger may be necessary or justified on very rare occasions, but then there are so many other ways and activities to disperse or cool off the anger demon.
The following certainly help mankind a very long way indeed, and we should be able to make full use of a few of these.
Taking to any outdoor sports e.g. tennis, badminton, table tennis, football, cricket, swimming etc.
Learning to sing or play a musical instrument
Drawing or painting
Having an outdoor job rather than just working from home
Doing some regular charity work
To go walking, or exercising, or learning yoga
Meditation- Silent, Simple, or Nature Meditation
