We may come to know about nature or silent meditation,
that’s the most easy of all,
but we need to do it with some regularity simply because
we keep falling back to our old ways and habits.
Then we may think or get confused
that we had learnt such a good method,
but we are back to square one.
To avoid these thoughts and arising doubts,
we should always be in some regular practice
to feel elated, thrilled, and free.
